Skookum Brand Vintage Washington Apple Crate Label, Chiliwhist

This fruit crate label was used by Skookum Packers Association, Wenatchee, Washington. Cartoon image of Native American Indian brave. Skookum was a marketer who would use insets of other packer's labels in their label. There are hundreds of variations.

Printed in the 1930s.
Condition: quite a bit of staining and wear, looks like it may have floated around the packinghouse floor.
