Donner Brand Vintage Placer County Pear Crate Label, letter

This fruit crate label was used by Auburn Fruit Exchange, Placer County, California.  Actual view of Donner Lake when starting down the summit on the old highway, right past the bridge is where the turnout is.  This label was designed in the 1930's and kept in production until the 1970's.  This is an interesting version, there's a letter on the back introducing this brand to trade.
