Progress Brand Vintage Lodi Asparagus Crate Label

This produce crate label was used by R & J Packing & Sales Co. Inc., Lodi, California.  Nice image of Bay Bridge, modern San Francisco Downtown, there is an earlier version of this brand for grapes which shows a much older city.

• 9.50 x 9.50 inches in size, wider at bottom and tapers toward top.  Since asparagus is wider at the base, the crate is shaped the same to protect the asparagus from shifting in the crate.
• Printed in the 1980s.
• Mint condition.
