Mountain Gorge Brand Vintage Oakley Grape Crate Label, wear
This fruit crate label was used by John Dicola, Oakley, Fresno, California. This label would have gone on a crate of juice grapes(wine varietals), that would be shipped back east and sold to home wine makers. They generally shipped in 36 pound crates and people would buy a few crates for wine making.
- 5.00 x 13.00 inches in size.
- Printed in the 1950s.
- Condition: noticeable wave from exposure to moisture.
An original fruit crate label, not a copy, not a computer-printed art print. A vintage label intended to be pasted on a crate, but never used. Old stock from a warehouse find.
