Plumage Brand Vintage Redlands Orange Crate Label

This citrus crate label was used by Redlands - Highlands Fruit Exchange, California.  An early stock label with nice image of Peacock.  Printed by Western Litho who sometimes dated their labels with a small number on the bottom right.  537, this label was printed in May of 1937.  In this case the label does seem older, I would bet this was a stock label on hand and in 1937 they ran the brand name, grower etc.  This label looks to be more 1920's.  Either way it's a nice old one.
