This fruit crate label was used by Newcastle Fruit Growers ASSN, Placer County, California. Covered wagon being pulled by oxen, scout pointing direction, Blue Anchor marketing. This version has 46lbs and a box on the lower left were the size and variety of pear would be stamped, oldest variant of this brand.
