Sphinx Brand Vintage Peach Can Label
This antique can label was used by Kings River Packing Company, San Francisco, California. Very nice early image of the sphinx, many brands from this time period are themed after the finds in Egypt.
- 4.25 x 12.75 inches in size.
- Printed in the 1920s.
- Condition, had been taped in a sample book in the 1920's, tape dried out and has peeled off, not sticky, but left a translucent stain on borders, very rare.
An original label, not a copy, not a computer printed art print. A vintage label intended to be pasted on a can, but never used. When shopping at a store during this time period, this is the actual label you would have found on a can.
